Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email notification with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Coverage We deliver across India — to all major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
  • Tier II & Tier III cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote / North-East / Hill states: 7–12 business days

Shipping Charges Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your payment. We periodically offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our website for the latest offers.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your AWB (tracking) number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also contact us at sufusionlabs02@gmail.com with your order ID for a status update.

Courier Partners We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.

Delays & Exceptions SmartGift.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on eligible orders at select pin codes. COD availability will be shown at checkout.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. SmartGift.in is not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is reported lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at sufusionlabs02@gmail.com with your order ID and photos (if applicable). We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.
